Park City Foodprint


As a member of the Leadership Park City class 16, this year our project was about FOOD.  Throughout this summer we have held seminars/classes on the following topics:  Where does our food come from?  How to Grow Food at 7000 feet above sea level, how to cook the good food you can grow, and wrapped up with Park City Local Kate Geegan speaking about her book ‘Go Green Get Lean’.  With all that we have learned, we definitely looking forward to the Food Festival this Saturday, August 28th.
