The Greater Park City real estate market for the first three quarters of 2018 has stayed strong, even though we are seeing some price resistance. Here are some highlights:

1. Sales volume is up 7% to $1.95B, all properties all types, when compared to the 1st three quarters of 2017.

2. Deer Valley condominium sales are up 33% which includes the completed One Empire Pass Project.

3. Condominium sold volume at the Canyons is also up with a large number of projects pre-sales.

Last year the Park City Community Foundation (PCCF) was able to help nonprofit organizations raise more than $2 million during it’s “Live PC and Give PC” day of giving. In the past seven years it has raised nearly $8 million, and supported more than 100 local nonprofits. This year, for 24 hours on November 9th, it hopes to see more generosity. Wasatch County leaders recently approved plans for a major development envisioned to someday become an Eastern portal for the Deer Valley Resort. These 940 acres are located on the Deer Valley side of U.S.40 south of the Mayflower exit, stretching close to the Jordanelle Reservoir and the slopes. Entitled Mayflower, the project calls for an expansion of Deer Valley Resort skiing infrastructure that would include six new lifts and approximately 900 acres of new terrain.
